Strategas Capital serves as the general partner of Strategas VC II, LP, a direct-deal special purpose limited partnership, established to assist clients in instances where their ability to participate in, or appetite for, a particular offering of securities, results in a partial allocation of the total transaction.
Strategas Capital Partners, LLC was founded in 2015 by Strategas co-founders Jason Trennert, Nicholas Bohnsack and Don Rissmiller in partnership with Christopher Kane, the head of Strategas Securities' Private Transactions group and Matt Weisbarth, a Managing Director in the Private Transactions group.
